All Halloween costume orders in August and September receive a free LED keychain flashlight. https://www.etsy.com/shop/AGypsyRed Halloween costume orders must be placed and all payment and sizing information received by Sept 15th for non-US and Sept 30th for US customers to guarantee Halloween delivery. Any orders placed after those dates cannot be guaranteed for Halloween.
