Pinkie Pie cosplay from My Little Pony. It includes a netting underskirt, dress, apron, belt and hat. The candy corns and lollipops are screen printed on so they're permanent and fully washable. The stripes on the belt are all securely stitched on, and the bows and blue fabric on the skirt bottom are also permanently stitched on. The hat is posterboard base and attaches with two bobby pins through ribbon loops securely attached to the underside of the hat.

I screen print them on, it's a multi-step process as each color has to be done separately.
